Calling for the Spirits Help - through prayer

Posted: 01 August, 2016

When we pray and call for the Spirit's help ... we will simply fall down at the Lord's feet in our weakness. There we will find the victory and power that comes from His love. It has been a source of great comfort and strength in the day of battle, just to remember that the secret of steadfastness, and indeed, of victory, is the recognition that "the Lord is at hand." The smile of God is victory. He cause His face to shine upon you; … made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ. He rejoices over you with singing. Prayer is saying The victor's name (Jesus) into the ears of Satan and insisting on his retreat.

Words of Heavy Cream, a life of Skim Milk

Posted: 02 August, 2016

If you think you pray heavy cream with your words and have a life of skim milk, you are deluding yourself. If your diet is of skim milk there will be no craving for the richness of heavy cream. You can’t wallow in the flesh and think you switch to the Spirit. What is born of the Spirit is Spirit and what is born of the flesh is flesh. Simply put it takes something of God Spirit to please God; it takes something of the flesh to please flesh. You must draw from the Christ within and worship Him and let the Spirit of the Lord speak and draw your heart to Himself

Measuring our Love unto God

Posted: 03 August, 2016

Our love to God is measured by our everyday fellowship with others and the love it displays. Love to God and love to our brethren are inseparably linked. Love is steady wish for the loved person's ultimate good as far as it can be obtained no matter what has been done to you. You love, forgive and give

Continuous Seeking of God:

Posted: 04 August,, 2016

"The true seeking of God is a continuous seeking. It has to do with the poise (set) of our spirit being lifted toward the Lord in an attitude of worshipful listening." -- We must place a high value on the time that we spend alone with the Lord, or it will be overtaken and replaced with activities. This “set apart time to be alone with the Lord” must constantly be contended for." Wade Taylor

Prayer yields results

Posted: 08 August 2016

Your time spent in prayer will produce and yield more that the work you are doing. It is prayer that gives your work its work and its every success. Prayer opens the way for the Lord God Himself to do His work in us, through us and by us. Learn to be in His presence, secure the presence and the power of God. The enemy will use his power to lead you and especially minister to neglect prayer. No matter how great your message is, no matter how we think the worship service was awesome, nor every good and kind thing; none of these things can damage Satan or his kingdom if prayer is neglected and time in His presence is not secured.

A Quiet Spirit begets a Quiet mouth

Posted: 10 August, 2016

Before you can display a quiet mouth you must first possess a quiet spirit, for out of the abundance of the heart (spirit) does the mouth speak. When you test the character of anything, you only need to see whether that thing leads you to God Himself, God’s heart or away from God.God is pleased with nothing but His Own will. Nothing else can satisfy His heart

Water filling the depths

Posted: 07 August,, 2016

Water will always seek and fill the lowest of places. When the Lord find you abased and empty you will know and experience His glory and power to flow in. There is a confusion about work and fruit. There is a lot of activity and a great deal of work for Christ but that is not the fruit of abiding in His Vine. There is a great gulf between doing a work for God and work FROM God. God is ready and will do all and will assume full responsibility for the life truly yielded to Him. One who would lay down His life for an enemy and have the bowels of compassion for those who don’t want you. Love when love isn’t returned; read Hosea.

God alone is the Creator

Posted: 10 August, 2016

God is the Creator, He alone is God and you are not. You can’t tell God when to speak, and you can’t tell Him what to speak. Do yourself a favor stand, pant, gaze, and wait for Him.

Anointing comes in the presence of the Lord

Posted: 13 August, 2016

"This abiding prophetic anointing is the result of time spent in the presence of the Lord. As we spend time with Him, we become increasingly more like Him and begin to understand His thoughts and desires – our lives becoming the expression of His life. We will then have the right word, at the right time, to be given in the right place, to the right person." -- Wade Taylor

"The level of the Lord’s activity within our spiritual life experience is determined by our integrity, yieldedness, and sincerity toward Him." -- Wade Taylor

Psalm 32:7

Psalm 32:7 You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah. 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.…

Out of the Abundance of the Heart....

Posted: 14 August, 2016

Out of the abundance of the HEART the mouth speaks. It is what is in the unseen and the spiritual in people that determines the outward, what is real, true and the actual. Who you really are, what your really are is manifested in your deeds.

Holy Spirit reveals God to us

Posted: 22 August, 2016

You and I don't need to hear or desire the world to define God for us. We want the Holy Spirit to reveal God to us. It is always transforming when the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will give you divine illumination that will take you from a mental knowing to an active possessing of what The Lord Jesus Christ has given to you.

Christ's finished work

Posted: 23 August, 2016

How well we walk depends on how well we sit and rest in Christ’s finished work.

Being a 'Saint'

Posted: 25 August, 2016

If you want to live as a saint, you must have the mindset of a saint which is the mind and lifestyle of righteousness. It is not far from your heart and mind to do and be of what is pleasing to the Lord.

Chosing Whom you will Serve

Posted: 26 August, 2016

What are your choices? Whom are your choices for? Not just for yourself. Chose now whom you will serve, and that choice is going to affect the next generation, and the next generation, and the next. Choice never affects just one person alone. It goes on and on and the effect goes out into geography and history. You are part of history and your choices become part of history.

John 3:6

Posted: 29 August, 2016

Jesus comes into a believer's life, He comes into that person's spirit. John 3:6 tells us clearly, "That which is born of the Spirit is spirit" (NKJV). A demon cannot dwell in a Christian's spirit because that is where Jesus and the Holy Spirit dwell.
But to say that the Satan doesn’t attack or find ways to attack in the soul which includes the mind and body isn’t true. Some of the attacks that are sent and felt are from an evil spirit where people have been the enemy henchmen.
One thing to remember is Proverbs 26:2 Like a sparrow in its flitting, like a swallow in its flying, So a curse without cause does not alight.
This is Hebrewism. Hebrew language uses picture language. It is of sparrow or bird or a swallow which is a picture of a curse that is looking for bread in order to land. A curse can’t land or come without bread being put on the ground.
The enemy is who placed the lie in the mind of Eve. He still does this today. 1 John 5:18 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
Ephesians 4: 18They are darkened in their understanding and alienated from the life of Godbecause of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardness of their hearts.
Much of what goes on today in the thinking that is in the word is the enemy’s attacks upon the mind and how people believe. It is lies
Jesus has broken the power of the enemy. Colossians 2:15 And having disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Matthew 28:18 NKJV
Philippians 2:10 Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place, and gave Him the name above all names, 10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
2 Corinthians 5:18-19 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men’s trespasses against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
Since we have the ministry of reconciliation in order that people will come to the Lord and to be set free from the enemy power. We also have been given authority to cast out devils. We think that we need to just speak about sin, but the word says to cast out devils. There are lies erected in people’s minds believers and unbelievers that are not able to hear the truth that are causing them to live and behave the way they do. We have authority because The Lord Jesus Christ did break the power and we are to use that.

Psalm 103:6

Posted: 30 August, 2016

Psalm 103:6 The Lord performs righteous deeds (deeds of vindication) and judgments for all who are oppressed.
