Luke 6:38 (NKJV)
.38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Trust
Posted: February 3, 2017
Many times we do plunge into despair when we do not see or feel Him. Trust is not found in seeing and feeling and having in your hand the evidence of His presence and love.
Trust is when you do not understand, when you walk without seeing the road ahead and place your feet without seeing the path in front of you- that is when you trust Him. He says He is the light. We say, the Lord is my Light. You declare it because you're in dark place and as you place your hand in His and walk in the darkness, darkness parts and light is there.
Micah 7:7 But as for me, I will look to the Lord and confident in Him I will keep watch; I will wait with hope and expectancy for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
8Rejoice not against me, O my enemy! When I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light to me.
Our trust in Him on the sunny days of life when all is clear is often mixed with the sense of your control of the situation; seeing the path you rely on your own abilty to navigate and find your way through life.
In the fog your inability to control is the opportunity to choose to abandon yourself to His care without seeing or feeling. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not upon your own understanding (even the things you know to be true) acknowledge Him, (confess and bring Him as Lord into your situation) and He shall bring it to pass.
You have never trusted His love more than in such a moment. You are the beloved of His heart and you do not walk alone for He walks with you and in you. He is not a stranger to your path, remote from you.
Jesus knew what is was to eat and feel full, He has drunk and felt the satisfaction of thirst. He felt tiredness. He has been ask to go to parties, He has cried tears, knew what it was like to lose an earthly father (Joseph). He knew the responsiblity of being a first born son and taking care of His mother. He had a business and knew what is was like to pay taxes and be cheated. He knew what it was like to be betrayed. He did this as a human. He wept over injustice, grief over what sin and sickness has done.
Amazing love is that The Godhead was Spirit and the Godhead has forever changed. He became a man and now sits at the right hand of the Father still with a body. He became our High Priest who could feel our pain, identifies with every emotion whether the joy or our grief and our sorrow. We can go to Him and know He empathizes with us, lay it all upon Him our High Prest and He does intercede for us as us.

I Am that I AM
Posted: February 3, 2017
When Moses asked God what is your name. He replied. I AM that I AM.
This is a covenant statement of God.
Ehyeh asher ehyeh is generally interpreted to mean I am that I am, though it can also be translated as "I-shall-be that I-shall-be.
This signifies the real being of God, his self-existence, and that he is the Being of beings; as also it denotes his eternity and immutability, and his constancy and faithfulness in fulfilling his promises, for it includes all time, past, present, and to come; and the sense is, not only I am what I am at present, but I am what I have been, and I am what I shall be, and shall be what I am.
It means that in your time-space history that you live in, as your personal life enfolds, I will be revealed as I AM to you. For the Lord is in a personal relationship to you and has taken responsibilty for your life.
As Moses was leading the children of Israel they needed protection from their enemies that were pursuing them. The Lord God was & is I AM your defense.
When they needed food, I AM your Supplier
When they needed protection from the sun and heat at night, He provided . The Lord God is I AM your Protector
Ex 13:21 By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way,
and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or fight.
Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people.
When they needed healing, He was and is I AM your Healer.
In the wilderness it was common to hit a rock where there was a cistern of water. How do you know which one and you also need to have enough to a million people? Do you need His wisdom and knowledge today? Moses was given wisdom and knowledge to know what rock to tap and the miracle also was the amount of water. I AM your Wisdom. I AM your Shepherd. I AM your Provider
John 6:51:"I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever;"
John 8:12: Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I AM the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." He is your light in the darkness you face. Walk into you world knowing He will part the darkness for you.
John 8:58 Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM."
John 10:9: "I AM the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture."
John 10:11: "I AM the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. Do you need Him to lead you? Accept that He is the Shepherd and is leading.
John 11:25: Jesus said to her, "I AM the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
John 14:6: Jesus said to him, "I AM the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 15:1: "I AM the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
John 19:2: Therefore the chief priests of the Jews said to Pilate, "Do not write, 'The King of the Jews,' but, 'He said, "I am the King of the Jews."'"
Acts 7:32: Stephen speaking of Moses' encounter at the burning bush "saying, 'I am the God of your fathers-- the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.' And Moses trembled and dared not look."
Acts 9:5: And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" And the Lord said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads."
The I Am In the Old Testament was whatever man needed. He became, he was his all in all. Jesus in the New Testament uses all the examples to show who He is. He is everything to man and the only way to God.
The Flesh vs the Old man
Posted: February 8, 2017
The word "flesh" should not be confused with the term "the old man" which describes our fallen nature before we died with Christ and entered into His resurrection, living there by the Spirit.
The old man is when we were under the dominion, kingdom, ownership and authority of Satan to whom we belonged to. When we received Christ and His salvation, you were taken out from the kingdom of darkness and placed into the kingdom of His dear son. You are under a new ownership with the Holy Spirit of Christ now residing and living in you. It is also referred to as the inner man.
The flesh describes man' essential weakness outside of God.The flesh is not bad in itself for Jesus is described a having lived in the flesh. Hebrews 5:7 "In the days of His flesh, He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the One able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety".
The flesh is wrong when it acts out of itself, independently of God. The flesh will always feel negatively (angry, unloving, bitter, etc); by default it goes to the negative. However, this does not become sin until the feeling is turned into a deliberate thought or action. These negative feelings (that every Christian has) only confirm that apart from Christ, we are weak and cannot keep God's law.
It is knowing with an increasing realization of the Holy Spirit residing within you and learning to draw from another life, the life of Christ, the Holy Spirit within us. It is not by your self effort and strong will because you now know the Lord. You will strive, struggle, feel condemned, lose your zeal and be weary. You come to the realization, I can't, but Christ can. It is accepting, realizing and depending on Christ; resting that He is within and His Spirit will come forth.
Paul prays for the believers in Ephesian 3:16 "that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man".
Christ doesn't have the problem of knowing He is within you to release His strength, His power, His wisdom, His riches and provisions, but we do.
The mature Christian realizes his weakness and knowing he is united with Christ, he replaces it with the life, strength, and power of Christ who is within his true life. This is where our constant choice takes place. Do circumstances bring feelings of anger? Do we feel unlove toward a certain person? These are reactions of human flesh. Now we choose to live from Christ, our true life-to love with His love that is united to our being. For every weakness of the flesh, the believer recognizes and receives the infinite strength of the Holy Spirit within.
The essence of flesh versus Spirit is that we choose to be who we really are in Christ. All temptation is a call to act as if we are independent flesh, instead of united with Christ, who is our life. Colossians 3:4 "When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory". "But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit." 1 Corinthians 6:17
If we are reborn and Christ is our Lord, then we desire His will and can rest in the fact our foremost desire is His desire in us and as us. If we desire out of the flesh (thinking or acting as if Christ does not live within us) we immediately sense a check within us-the Holy Spirit reminding us He is our Life. In this sense, believers constantly wait on the Lord to manifest His desires and will in our helplessness so that our desires are His desires in us.

The Comforter
Posted: February 09, 2017
The Comforter "Comforter" translates the Greek word parakletos which literally means "one called to one's side."
Paraclete- The Battle Companion or the Battle Buddy. This is the original root meaning for the Holy Spirit.
Battle Buddy and One who speaks into an ear and tells you.
If you remember some of the older movies, there would be two men fighting with swords. There was always another set of men. It was you and your battle companion, both of you would fight together, back to back, side by side. That is one of the meanings of the Holy Spirit. He is right by your side at all times. He fights right along with you, never leaving you, watching your back, protecting you; the statement of this is if you go down, I go with you. No matter what, I will be with you in the good and the bad, I have your life covered for you.
Another word for the Paraclete is another picture word. You are in a room, you are being questioned or asked to speak, but you don’t know what to say, but someone who will be your advocate will whisper into your ear what you are to say. You don’t know the answers or what to do, but suddenly a whisper in your ear and now you know that you know andn all is well. Then there are times you know just what to do.
Our Bibles have used the Latin word Comforter. It is two words, “Com”means with; “Forte” means strength; with another’s life; “with-strength you”.
He comes in as the inner man. The Holy Spirit comes to “with-strength you”. It is drawing from another life. It is drawing from Christ’s life. Once you see this with your inner eyes and understand this, you have it. The struggle and frustration dissapate. You ever learn and lean to draw from Him. If you need wisdom, faith, trust, knowledge, healing, provision direction or allowing Him to live His own life in righteousness, you realize that He is, (He is within you and rest in this) the fruit of His life, rendering good for evil, the answers you are looking for are there. You will give God room to be who and what He says that He is to you and through you. If you don't see this or feel lost in the dark regarding this, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal this to you.
We all respond according the the revelation given and it has to be given by the Holy Spirit. That is His job.
He comes along side of you, but now He is in you. He was called Emmanuel, God with us but also He is God in you. It is Christ in you the hope Glory.
You will find in the word Emmanuel, Em which in the Hebrew is IM. It is an intimate fellowship in all of your life, a person with whom you are in contact every day, all day long. This is God’s commitment to you.
Psalm 50:23
Posted: February 12, 2017
Psalm 50:23 “He who offers a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving honors Me;And to him who orders his way rightly [who follows the way that I show him],I shall show the salvation of God.” Amplified
Young's Literal Translation
He who is sacrificing praise honoureth Me, As to him who maketh a way, I cause him to look on the salvation of God!
This is a passage that is hard to translate from the Hebrew. It is a picture. The road opens up the manifestation of salvation; boulders removed; track opens; bridge is built and road opens up to you
Faith shall come forth
Posted: February 17, 2017
The Lord Jesus Christ always accept the faith the puts its trust in Him. Faith expects from God what is beyond all expectation, It is the nature of God and He has placed faith within you. You therefore can speak what He says He is and shall do. Faith shall come forth. Never try to arouse faith from within. You cannot stir up faith from the depths of your heart. Leave your heart, and look into the face of Christ.See what Calvary has done and the satisfaction of the Father of what His son has done. That is where you anchor your faith. Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher

The Throne Room of God
Posted: February 18, 2017
Throne room of God becomes realized as you give praise to his name. As you praise the realization as you see it you obtain and become sensitized.
Gathering of the priest; that is you and me; we are cover with dust of world, we feel the pressure out there. As we praise from the heart; you are lifting your heart andit cleanses you
Satan hates praise; darkness depression despair are his kingdom.
Hallelujah Halle primary meaning is radiating with light bragging and boasting of the I AM that I AM
Light disperses darkness. Praise disperses darkness.
Praise doesn’t only do something for me but does something in the spirit world. Giving praise to God gives great achievement in the spirit world that are connected with prayer
In the Wilderness
Posted: February 20, 2017
When you are in the wilderness you are in the wheel producing obedience and submission to Him. You let God’s love and light shine in the hard place. There comes to you a place of deep cleansing and righteousness.
In the wilderness you are fed and kept, but in the place of blessings you meet the demons head on.
You have come to a place of reigning and the power of God released. Jesus didn’t do his great miracles and even raising the dead till after the wilderness.
God’s words are tested before they are uttered, Psalm 12:6-7 is that you can trust His indestructible promises.
“The words of the LORD are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. You shall keep them, O LORD, You shall preserve them from this generation forever” (Psalm 12:6-7)
